Super disappointed, the crack on my RIM isnt even the length of a quarter and I was given a crazy amount of cost over the phone of $250 before they even looked at my rim. To replace my rim is 160 to 200. Bad business in my book! A good way to loose a potential customer is giving cost without proper diagnosis of the amount of work is needed and then charging accordingly. Now Ive got to drive all the way to Winston to beat this incredible inflated price but, the drive is ok when you know who your dealing with.

RGX staff was very helpful and informative throughout process. The repair on my wife’s suv wheel was more affordable and better option and they explained process and got a appt quick at one of their locations despite it being a holiday week. Big shout out to the front desk staff and Spencer the technician who made repair as they were so welcoming and all smiles for a Monday morning which I def needed after driving two hours to their location. Will definitely recommend to fellow veteran family and friends and will utilize in future if my teenage drivers manage to do this damage again. Very Respectfully, Matthew M SGT USMC Retired

Great job straightening my BMW rim. Car rides a lot smoother. In and out under an hour. Was also provided a recommendation for another wheel whenever I’m ready. Was also give 20% off my next visit. Thanks Spencer!

Have used several times over the years and always pleased with service. Most recently, had a problem and thought the wheel had not been straightened because of the drive. Took it back for recheck and David was super helpful to resolve the problem and figure out what was actually going on, which was a balancing issue from another establishment. Highly recommend!!

My new car wheel was damaged sliding on ice into a curb. I found RGX online and emailed photos of the damage. They responded within 24 hours so I made an appointment to have it repaired. I waited and less than an hour later the work was done. I went out to see the work before paying and I was blown away!! I could not find the repaired area, the wheel looked new. I highly recommend them. See before and after pics. PS. Dealer wanted $1,640 plus labor for a new wheel. I paid less than $200 for the repair
